Catherine Grey

I've taught mindfulness in London since 2006 to the general public, the National Health Service, Her Majesty’s Prison Service, business, cancer and diabetes centres and the University of Hertfordshire. I have trained with many teachers and have been influenced especially by Rebecca Crane, David Elias, Jon Kabat-Zinn, John Teasdale, Christina Feldman and Pamela Erdman. I have an MSc (Psychology) from the Centre for Mindfulness Research & Practice (Bangor University, Wales), from which MBCT originated.

I work with Cath on the Food Mood and Mindfulness workshop, something which is close to both our hearts! I'm interested in not only what we eat but the reasons why we make those choices.

What makes eating healthy food orlooking after ourselves so challenging? I've studied food marketing, manufacture, nutrition and psychology. I'm also a health coach, and love supporting individuals to change their eating, exercise, relaxation and self care habits to improve their health and wellbeing.
